Weekend shifts run 24/7 for the foreseeable future. We need multiple people to cover, but we want consistency. No one is expected to work every weekend – we can rotate every other weekend or balance shifts. We don’t want burnout – rotating the same persons for care. We need a nice lady, needing assistance for incontinence, housework, and companionship. Good organizational skills to help with some projects. She will need assistance with all transfers. We consider ALL applicants for all openings. Clients join our family on any given day. We strive to give our clients consistency with the same Assistant, so that both the Client and Assistant can form their own relationship and routine. To their needs and your own work‑life balance. Assistance with personal care and hygiene, including incontinence briefs etc. Meal preparation. Light housekeeping. Accompany clients on outings. Shopping and errands. Medication assist/reminders. Ambulation and transporting of clients. Provide companionship to clients. Ability to follow care plan. Documentation/charting. Requirements Experience in life with caregiving or professionally.
