- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and preferences for window coverings.
- Provide expert design advice and recommend suitable products to enhance home aesthetics.
- Prepare and present customized product solutions and quotes to clients.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to final installation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations to provide the best options to customers.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in home decor or window coverings.
- Strong design sense and the ability to visualize and communicate ideas effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in design or related field is preferred.
- Enthusiasm for learning about new products, current automation technologies, and market trends.
