Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse, Long-Term Care, Silver City, New Mexico, United States. Start July 1, 2026 for 11 weeks. Weekly pay $709-$714 per week. Guaranteed hours 36 per week. Shift: rotating 12-hour daytime shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Local candidates only, working in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient status, and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to policy and state regulations
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility, promoting comfort and safety
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team and coordinate care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the charting system; ensure infection control and safety standards

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing; ability to practice in the listed state
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour day shift schedule
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Proficient in documenting care and using electronic medical records; basic computer literacy
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Eligible to work in the United States for a travel assignment; local candidates encouraged
