Our client, in the equipment rental industry, is seeking a Rental Yard Associate to join their team. As a Rental Yard Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Rental Services Team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Rental Yard Associate

Location: La Porte, TX

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 6AM-3PM

What's the Job?

• Service and maintain all rental equipment to ensure optimal condition.
• Prepare rental orders for delivery to customers, including staging and inspection.
• Operate company or personal vehicles for equipment delivery and pickup, adhering to safety standards.
• Inspect rental equipment upon return for damages and report accordingly.
• Clean rental area and equipment regularly to maintain a safe and organized workspace.

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate a vehicle safely and responsibly.
• Basic mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
