Training Specialist

Responsibilities The Training Specialist supports the delivery and ongoing improvement of training programs that build associate skills, confidence, and performance. Deliver instructor‑led, virtual, and blended training across systems, products, customer service, and role‑specific topics. Facilitate engaging learning experiences that promote participation and skill application. Assist with updates to training materials, job aids, and learning resources. Support development of training content, including basic multimedia and participant guides. Apply adult learning principles to enhance engagement and retention. Support Learning Management System (LMS) activities (course assignments, tracking, reporting). Assist with course setup, updates, and documentation. Provide post‑training support, coaching, and feedback. Partner with managers to reinforce learning and support skill development. Support training‑related projects and initiatives. Gather participant feedback and share insights for program improvement. Stay current on emerging tools and technologies (including AI) relevant to learning. Perform special projects as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or Associate’s with relevant experience). 2–4+ years of experience in training, facilitation, or a related field. Strong presentation and communication skills. Understanding of adult learning principles. Ability to simplify complex information. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with LMS and digital learning tools preferred.
