Sales Representative – Phone Opener (Full-Time)
Location: Melville, NY (On-site only)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time | +Commission-Based
Pay: $20.00 per hour + uncapped weekly bonuses
Expected Hours: 34 hours per week

Role Overview
We’re hiring Openers to join our sales floor team. As an Opener, your role is to make 600 outbound calls per day , connect with business owners, and generate interest in our services. You’ll be the first point of contact—qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for our closing team. This is a high-activity, high-reward role with strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make 600 outbound calls daily to small business owners
- Follow proven scripts to qualify leads and schedule appointments
- Transfer qualified prospects to our Closers
- Accurately update call notes and lead status in our CRM system
- Hit daily activity targets and team benchmarks
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience- preferred but not required
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Energetic, coachable, and self-motivated
- Must be able to work on-site in Melville, NY
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

- Commuting: Must reliably commute to Melville, NY 11747
- Relocation: Must relocate before starting if not local
