- Handle high-value personal injury cases end-to-end
- Lead and conduct expert witness depositions (critical responsibility)
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and hearings
- Work closely with medical experts and liability specialists
- Analyze medical records and case evidence
- Provide client guidance throughout the case lifecycle
- Collaborate internally on case strategy and litigation execution
- Active California Bar license (mandatory)
- Strong litigation background ( Medical Malpractice preferred )
- Proven experience in:
- Expert depositions (MUST HAVE / high priority)
- Litigation drafting (pleadings, motions, discovery)
- Depositions, hearings, and case handling
- Strong exposure to:
- Medical records & expert witnesses
- Liability analysis
- Ability to transition into Personal Injury litigation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- California Bar License
- Expert deposition experience (TOP PRIORITY)
- Litigation experience (civil, criminal, or med-mal)
- Drafting: pleadings, motions, discovery
- Courtroom / deposition exposure
- Medical records & liability analysis
- Client-facing communication
- Analytical & negotiation skills
- Personal Injury (PI) experience
- Spanish fluency
- Experience handling high-value cases
- Plaintiff-side firm background
