Travel MRI Technologist Assignment Overview

Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Travel MRI Technologist in Olathe, KS to support a hospital-based imaging department.

The ideal candidate will have strong hospital MRI experience, advanced scanning capabilities, and experience working with complex patient populations, including patients with implanted devices.

This position requires expertise with advanced MRI equipment and imaging systems, including Philips Achieva, Siemens 1.5T Sola, Cerner, Unity PACS, and Intelerad PACS.

MRI Technologist Responsibilities

The Travel MRI Technologist will be responsible for:

Performing high-quality MRI imaging procedures in a hospital setting
Operating advanced MRI equipment safely and efficiently
Providing excellent patient care throughout the imaging process
Screening patients for MRI safety and implanted devices
Performing scans on patients with implanted medical devices
Utilizing advanced MRI scanning techniques and protocols
Reviewing imaging quality and ensuring diagnostic accuracy
Collaborating with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare teams
Maintaining compliance with MRI safety standards and hospital protocols
Required Qualifications for Travel MRI Technologist Job

Qualified candidates must have:

Minimum 2 years of MRI Technologist experience
Minimum 1 year of travel healthcare experience
Strong hospital-based MRI experience
Experience scanning patients with implanted devices
Advanced Philips Achieva scanning experience
Experience with:
Philips Achieva MRI
Siemens 1.5T Sola
Cerner
Unity PACS
Intelerad PACS
Required Certifications

Candidates must have:

ARRT (MR) Certification or ARMRIT Certification
BLS Certification
