The Carbon Flat Rolled Steel Sales Manager will lead sales strategy and account growth across steel service centers and manufacturing accounts. This role will oversee a small inside sales team and coordinate inside and outside sales efforts while managing pricing, customer relationships, and order execution.

Manager will be tasked with growing the sales team. Experience in flat rolled steel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for steel service centers and manufacturing accounts.
• Lead and support small inside sales, inside sales, and outside sales teams.
• Manage customer accounts and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Develop and manage steel pricing.
• Coordinate orders from sales through fulfillment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in steel sales management.
