Senior On Premise Market Execution Specialist

Position Summary The On-Premise Execution Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution and achievement of Annual Business Plan (ABP) targets for the On-Premise Channel within their geographic area of responsibility. The role focuses on delivering superior retail execution against on-premise sales priorities, managing local market execution, coordinating business plans with distributor partners, and ensuring our beer portfolio is optimally positioned at retail to drive sales and market share growth across the U.S. marketplace. Responsibilities Local market execution of on‑premise strategies and initiatives across assigned areas of responsibility. Collaborate with the Senior On‑Premise Market Execution Manager, national & key account teams, local distributor management team, and Gold Network Distributor partners to develop and execute on‑premise business plans and strategic growth initiatives. Integrate overarching on‑premise strategies and key sales priorities into localized plans. Prioritize local market opportunities, including strategic account development, national and regional account integration, distributor engagement initiatives, special event support, and comprehensive strategies to further drive retail execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, operators, and managers of local strategic national/regional/independent accounts. Execute CBI’s on‑premise strategies and key sales initiatives across key accounts, supporting the oversight and execution of local market programs and promotional activities. Assist the Senior On‑Premise Market Execution Manager in building localized on‑premise development plans and in developing the On‑Premise components of annual business plans. Identify, prioritize, and activate programming in strategic on‑premise accounts that align with Constellation’s target demographics and strategic growth initiatives. Report local market activity, insights, and key business updates to senior leadership on a regular basis. Execute local market plans to increase distribution and availability of our industry‑leading brands in both draft and package formats across the on‑premise channel. Drive best‑in‑class retail execution across the on‑premise channel, ensuring local plans and programs align with overarching sales priorities and growth strategies. Utilize available sales support tools, processes, and programming to drive executional excellence across markets. Partner with geographical business team and local distributor partners to ensure brand initiatives and programs are delivered through best‑in‑class retail execution at the local market level. Ensure national & key account programming is executed at the local market level. Execute new product/packaging rollout plans across assigned area of responsibility. Build plans that identify target package/brand opportunities, target account list, and resource allocation needed to achieve goals. Manage the sales budgeting process for the direct area of responsibility to ensure proper allocation and deployment of organizational resources across the on‑premise execution team. Ensure support tools, market investments, brand activations, and local market investments are aligned against key on‑premise sales priorities and are managed appropriately. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience (minimum of four years sales experience with a malt beverage supplier or wholesaler). 4+ years Retail Sales Experience in the Beverage Alcohol Industry (malt beverage preferred). Complete understanding of the on‑premise retail environment. Working knowledge of the promotional marketing process. Computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel at an advanced level, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook. Ability to utilize business information reporting and sales reporting tools. Ability to travel a minimum of 20-30% of working time, including ability to drive up to 5 hours. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if needed. Self‑starter with the ability to successfully work and achieve goals with a minimum amount of direction. Strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills to manage business priorities across a range of projects. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships. Initiate action and adjust to change; key attributes of this role. Effective communication skills and ability to influence at all levels, internal or external to the company. ADA Physical/Mental/Workplace Requirements Must be able to move up to 55 lbs. Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work at a desk/personal computer for extended periods of time. Primary work environment is a professional corporate office and in trade. Must have a valid driver’s license, be able to drive a car and travel via plane/train as needed. Must be at least 21 years or age.
