Growing Non-Profit trade organization seeks new AP focused Jr. Accountant to join their team

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for scanning and entering AP receipts into the system ensuring the correct coding. Responsible for the monthly upload and reconciliation of the accounts payable ledger.
• Works and manages vendor relationships, vendor statement analysis as needed.
• Responsible for credit cards coding, receipt tracking, as needed working in conjunction with the accounting/finance manager.
• Manages the Ramp platform to ensure that the coding is completed and uploaded in a timely manner.
• Responsible for entry of bills, including review of coding and allocations into
• Responsible for working out a schedule for processing payments on a weekly basis, in conjunction with cash flow.
• Scans, deposits, and records checks in the accounting system.

Qualifications

• College degree or relevant work experience required. xhyhwjd
• 2+ years of experience of automated Accounts payable experience
• 2+ years of experience supporting accounts payable functions ( software experience a plus)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
• Clean background check required
