Job Description

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Supervise on-site construction teams and subcontractors to meet quality and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial parameters.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with plans and safety regulations.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
