Position Overview Now Hiring: Paralegal Cullman, AL | In-Person Salary Range: $55,449–$59,101 Hankey Law Firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys in Family Law, Litigation, Real Estate, and Estate Planning. We are looking for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing exceptional client service. Responsibilities Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and legal documents Manage case files, calendars, and court filings Assist with discovery, trial preparation, and legal research Coordinate communications with clients, courts, and outside parties Support residential and commercial real estate transactions Prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney Qualifications Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies 2+ years of paralegal experience Experience in litigation, family law, real estate, and/or estate planning Real estate closing experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Experience with Clio, Alacourt, AlaFile, and Microsoft Office preferred Benefits 401(k) Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off Performance-based bonus opportunities after 90 days If you're an experienced paralegal seeking a collaborative firm where your contributions are valued and your career can grow, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
