LCSW - Integrated Behavioral Health Provider

Two-days per week (Tue and Thurs, 8-5 with lunch break 12-1).

Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Director of Behavioral Health, the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) serves as an integrated Behavioral Health Provider within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). As a core member of the primary care team, the LCSW collaborates with medical providers and other care team members to improve patient outcomes through early identification, assessment, intervention, and management of behavioral health, substance use, and psychosocial concerns.

The LCSW provides evidence-based behavioral health services using an integrated care approach characterized by timely access, consultation, brief clinical interventions, care coordination, and support for chronic disease management. The position works with patients experiencing a broad range of behavioral health needs while addressing barriers to care and factors that influence overall health and wellness.

The LCSW promotes whole-person care by integrating behavioral health expertise into the primary care environment, supporting patient self-management, strengthening provider capacity, and facilitating coordination across healthcare and community resources. The position demonstrates a commitment to patient-centered care, professional excellence, confidentiality, collaboration, and the mission of the organization.

Required Education and Experience:

• LCSW licensure in good standing required.
• Previous experience working in a team or integrated behavioral health model is helpful but not required.

Supervision : This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Immediate Supervisor : Director of Behavioral Health.

General office/clinic conditions are pleasant; good, clean working conditions where accidents and hazards are negligible; requires short periods of moderate lifting, pushing or pulling objects up to twenty pounds. Clear diction and acute hearing are necessary for effective communication with the staff and public.

The position is based in Anaconda, however occasional travel to the Butte Clinic may be necessary.
