Job Description

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 and regulatory standards in a cleanroom setting, overseeing manufacturing quality across extrusion, silicone molding, and electromechanical assembly, building, leading, and developing a high-performing quality team, partnering cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and supply chain leadership, driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining audit readiness, and establishing and maintaining robust quality systems aligned with global standards.
The Successful Applicant
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a scientific discipline, proven experience as a Site Quality Manager with full ownership of quality, 5-10+ years of leadership experience managing quality teams, background in medical device manufacturing, strong expertise in ISO 13485 and regulated environments, hands-on experience with cleanroom manufacturing, and preferred experience in electromechanical assembly, silicone molding, or extrusion. Pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
