Key Responsibilities Conduct cold calls to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value of our services Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team Build rapport with potential clients, addressing their needs and answering questions about our offerings Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update CRM systems accordingly Meet or exceed weekly targets for calls, appointments, and lead generation Requirements Qualifications: Previous experience in cold calling, lead generation, or telemarketing is a plus Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and client engagement Proficient with CRM software and online communication tools Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with a flexible schedule Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for uninterrupted calls Compensation Competitive hourly rate plus commission for successful lead conversions. Benefits Our initial offer is $3 per hour.
