Your primary duties include resolving customer inquiries on billing and account changes, coordinating with other agency team members, and proactively anticipating the needs of our customers. Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Offer insurance products to existing customers. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Participate in marketing campaigns and community events to promote State Farm products. Qualifications Licensed Personal Lines or P&C Producer. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
