Frontier Collision Ltd is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our growing team in Hempstead, NY. Responsibilities:

• Assemble, disassemble, and reinstall vehicle components and parts with precision and care
• Inspect assembled parts and finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with collision repair technicians and estimators to meet production timelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with shop standards
• Document completed work and flag any parts discrepancies or damage findings

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive assembly and collision repair
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and standard shop equipment
• Ability to follow technical instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, production-driven environment
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
