Looking for a career where your income is in your hands? This is a high-income sales opportunity offering uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, strong support, and real potential for growth. No roofing experience? No problem. If you’re motivated, driven, and coachable, you’ll receive the training and tools needed to succeed. What You’ll Earn Year 1: $70K–$80K Year 2: $90K–$100K Year 3: $110K+ Uncapped commissions with top performers earning well beyond these ranges Unlimited earning potential based on performance Why Candidates Apply Leads provided with uncapped earning potential No experience required — paid training provided Fast-track growth into leadership opportunities Flexible, field-based schedule Dedicated support team so you can focus on selling W-2 or 1099 opportunities available based on experience What You’ll Do Meet with homeowners and generate new business Conduct roof inspections (training provided) Guide customers through the insurance and sales process Close deals and manage your sales pipeline Build referrals and develop repeat business Who This Is Perfect For Sales professionals, Canvassers and anyone with experience in commission-based roles Hospitality, retail, and customer-facing professionals ready to increase their earning potential Former athletes or competitive, driven individuals with a strong work ethic Roofing or construction sales professionals looking for accelerated growth Anyone looking for a career change into high-income sales What We Are Looking For Requirements Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong communication skills Bonus If You Have Roofing or construction experience Door-to-door or outside sales experience Existing network or book of business (for experienced reps) Why This Role Stands Out This is a true sales opportunity where your earning potential is driven by your performance—not an hourly wage or a capped salary.
