Investment Banking Associate or Investment Banking Vice President

Salary: USD185000 - USD215000 per year

We are currently partnered with a leading middle market investment bank, actively looking to add an Investment Banking Senior Associate or Investment Banking Vice President to their Industrials team in Dallas, TX.

• Opportunity to work with an established and efficient team that focuses on deals that come to fruition rather than pitch work.
• Working primarily within M&A across building products, building materials, construction, industrial technology, and infrastructure.
• Joining a lean team with a clear path for upward mobility and strong leadership to learn from.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and delivering presentations throughout the deal execution period.
• Assisting in the coordination of internal and external resources in the due diligence process for M&A transactions.
• Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions.
• Conducting extensive industry, market, and company-specific research.
• Building and maintaining client relations with established and prospective clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years within M&A.
• Industry experience in either industrials, building products, building materials, or construction.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
• Strong closed M&A experience.
