Job Description

Position Details:
Location: Aurora, CO
Pay Rate: $55/hour
Schedule: Full-time or part-time options available
Setting: SNF
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments or mobility limitations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and recovery plans
Qualifications:
Active Colorado Physical Therapist license (required)
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
