Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

The Warehouse Worker operates material handling equipment, uses RF scanners to process packages, and supports daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves moving pallets with powered industrial trucks, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining accurate inventory while following safety and quality standards.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds consistently.
• Experience using RF scanners in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse or production setting.
• Very basic computer skills to complete simple tasks.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience operating a stand-up forklift.
• Experience using an RF scan gun.
• Previous experience in warehouse distribution or production environments.
• Familiarity with packaging, wrapping, and inventory processes.
• Ability to adapt to different shifts and training schedules as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Worcester, MA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Worcester,MA.
