Key Responsibilities: Follow Company Processes: Perform inspections, assessments, and wildlife treatments to company standards. Customer Communication and Education: Engage with clients to explain services, provide education, and address concerns. Documentation and Payment Collection: Accurately document services, complete orders, and collect payments promptly. Scheduling and Routing: Communicate with the office to manage schedule changes and ensure route completion. Daily Check-In/Out: Coordinate with your supervisor to report progress and receive updates. Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance to ensure the safe operation of your vehicle. Special Service Work: Conduct wildlife-specific projects with precision and efficiency. Training and Mentoring: Support and guide new technicians to help them succeed. Achieve KPIs: Meet daily and monthly Key Performance Indicators to drive success. What's in It for You? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive attitude and a commitment to safety. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in wildlife management or related fields.
