What You’ll Do

• Own day-to-day client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring exceptional communication, organization and client satisfaction
• Coordinate multiple client projects and strategies across Paid Media, Creative, CRO, Strategy and MarTech teams, ensuring quality deliverables and seamless execution
• Understand client businesses, goals and KPIs and effectively communicate strategy, performance and recommendations to a variety of client stakeholders
• Lead client meetings, including preparing agendas, communicating performance and project updates and ensuring clear next steps and expectations
• Translate client and internal discussions into accurate action items, organized follow-ups and detailed tasks in ClickUp
• Assign, track and follow up on projects, deliverables and deadlines, proactively identifying potential roadblocks before they impact the client
• Problem solve client requests and issues while consistently gathering feedback to strengthen client satisfaction and retention
• Contribute to ATRA’s evolving processes, procedures and standards with an ability to identify opportunities for improvement

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar Account Management or Client Services role at a digital marketing agency, or comparable in-house experience
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and paid media
• Experience with project management software such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Teamwork or similar
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization and ability to manage information across multiple clients and functions
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with confidence communicating directly with clients
• A driven and passionate learner who takes ownership, follows through and strives to improve each day
• Ability to work collaboratively, solve problems, show tenacity and maintain a positive attitude
• Dedication to delivering exceptional client service at a consistently high standard

• $60,000-$72,000 annual salary, depending on experience
