You will lead a team, manage fleet readiness, monitor performance, and make informed decisions that directly impact revenue and service levels.Operational LeadershipOversee and streamline the rental process to minimize wait times and deliver fast, friendly, efficient serviceMaintain a clean, well-managed, and diverse fleet that aligns with customer demand, including specialty vehiclesForecast staffing and fleet needs using historical data and market trendsMonitor workflows and eliminate operational bottlenecksAnticipate unexpected demand and implement plans to maintain smooth performanceIdentify and resolve slowdowns across departmentsTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop a sales-driven team to meet revenue and performance goalsMonitor productivity and follow up consistently on team performanceParticipate in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team membersDevelop and enhance cross-training programs to strengthen team flexibilityFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementPerformance & ReportingMonitor KPIs and adjust operational strategies to drive resultsGenerate and present detailed performance reports using advanced ExcelMake real-time decisions that balance customer satisfaction with company profitabilityProcess ImprovementUse operational data to improve workflows and staffing strategiesSimplify processes to increase efficiency and reduce delaysEncourage team members to contribute ideas that improve overall performanceExperience & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; college degree preferredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reportingStrong communication and leadership skillsExperience with real-time monitoring tools and operational systemsProven ability to lead and coach a performance-driven sales teamThis role is exempt and pays $60K to $63K a year. Employees have access to comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with prescription savings, along with a 401k retirement plan.
