Join our team as a Phlebotomist in Stockbridge, GA. Work Schedule Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 1 hour lunch each day. Rotating Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, no lunch break. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other requisitions. Enter patient information accurately and promptly. Process billing information and collect payments as necessary. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as required. Travel to additional sites when needed. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Phlebotomy certification or completion of an accredited training program. Two or more years of experience as a phlebotomist. Preferred Qualifications Five or more years of phlebotomy experience. One or more years of Spanish‑speaking experience. Additional Job Standards Phlebotomy certification or training program must come from an accredited agency. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Reliable transportation. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Able to pass a standardized color blindness test. Benefits Employees scheduled 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees scheduled less than 20 hours, casual, intern, and temporary employees are only eligible for the 401(k) plan. Employees on a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible for all benefits except PTO or FTO. Phlebotomists may be eligible for the PST Incentive Plan, providing quarterly bonuses based on performance metrics.
