Family Physician (MD/DO) - On Call

Chapa-De Indian Health is seeking a Fill-In Physician to join our mission-driven team and provide high-quality primary care to underserved communities. This role offers exceptional flexibility, including location! Choose to support Auburn, Grass Valley and/or our new Clinic in Rocklin; coming in March 2027! You choose when you work based on your availability and clinic needs (Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM). Salary: $155-$165/hour, based on experience.

Schedule: Fill In on any workday based on clinic needs and your availability...Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm.

Job Duties:

• Providing excellent primary care for every member of our community from newborns to seniors in an outpatient setting
• Empowering and advising a talented team of FNP's, Nurses, MA's, LVN's and other support staff with medical services, protocols, standard procedures, and management of patient care related activities

Qualifications:

• 5+years' experience in family practice clinic.
• Licensed California Physician MD or DO.
• Board Certified.
• Current BLS certificate
• Active Ca ID or Driver's License
