What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing nursing interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop patient care plans
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and report changes promptly
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments following hospital protocols
• Educate patients and families on disease management and preventive care
• Offer emotional support and advocate for patient rights
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What You Need

Required:

• Active NH RN License
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (preferred in outpatient/clinical setting)
