Qualifications:

• Newly licensed attorney with an active Texas Bar license
• Strong academic performance demonstrated through law school transcript
• Genuine interest in pursuing a career in commercial litigation
• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Must be able to provide a law school transcript and writing sample
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal concepts and produce high-quality written work
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
