We are seeking a Project Manager to lead complex production and integration activities in support of a major defense vehicle program. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating hardware and vehicle deliveries, managing schedules, tracking performance against cost and technical objectives, and ensuring program milestones are achieved on time and within budget. You will work across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, contracts, and finance teams to align priorities, resolve issues, and drive successful execution. This position requires a proactive leader who can manage risks, develop project plans, monitor key metrics, and communicate program status effectively to both internal leadership and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-tempo production environment and excels at balancing multiple priorities while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction and program success. You will oversee the flow of hardware through the facility, support continuous process improvements, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience in project scheduling, budget management, and stakeholder engagement. Candidates with backgrounds in engineering, defense manufacturing, or large-scale industrial programs, as well as formal project management training or certification, are highly encouraged to apply.
