Located in Grand Rapids, MN Pay: $45,000-$60,000/yr Job Full Description Route Sales Professional Express Employment is partnering with a well-established company in Northern MN who is looking to add a driven and outgoing Route Sales Representative to their growing team! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, being on the road, and helping businesses succeed. You will work closely with existing customers while also developing new business opportunities throughout a territory covering approximately a 300-mile radius. The right candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills to be able to sell products and keep customers happy. Job Highlights: Competitive pay based on experience. Schedule is day-shift hours, and wage is salaried based on experience, ranging from $45,000k - $60,000k per year. What You'll Do- Manage and grow current customer accounts
- Build new business through networking and cold calling
- Introduce and promote new products to customers
- Support company promotions and seasonal specials
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Travel throughout assigned territory to meet with customers regularly
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and motor vehicle check
