Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate. + Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. + Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. + Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. **What minimum requirements you'll need** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. + One or more of the following required: + Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Certified Registered Nurse specializing in Trauma Nurse credentialed from the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) preferred. + Certified Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Care credentialed from the Board of Certification for Emergency Nursing (BCEN) preferred. + Certified Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Nursing Pediatrics preferred.
