FQHC Family Nurse Practitioner Job- 4-Day Week in Central Indiana

A mission-driven organization dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable healthcare to underserved and uninsured populations throughout Indiana has an opening for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Central Indiana, just 80 miles North of Indianapolis . As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), this group offers integrated care that includes primary medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and nutrition services.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $30,000 retention bonus (paid in allotments over 3 years)
• $2,500 CME allowance + 5 CME days
• Guaranteed 2.5% annual salary increase

Qualifications:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP)
• 2+ years of clinical experience as an NP in primary care
• Experience in a Community Health Center preferred (not required)
• Spanish-speaking skills preferred (not required)
