2nd Shift Production Laborer

Location: Mifflinville, PA

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Training Schedule: Candidates must be available to train on 1st shift for approximately 2 weeks (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) before transitioning to the regular 2nd shift schedule.

• Package and prepare products for shipment
• Move and stack product as needed throughout the facility
• Perform repetitive lifting of up to 50 pounds
• Maintain production standards and quality requirements
• Complete minor sanitation and housekeeping duties
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Assist with additional production tasks as assigned

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mifflinville, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
