Product Manager, GrowthThe Product Manager, Growth is a data-driven product manager with proven digital experience in driving Acquisition and Retention initiatives. Working under the direction of the Director of Product, this role will be responsible for the execution and optimization of features within business critical flows of our core applications and AB testing platform. Specifically this includes areas such as purchase flow optimization, marketing technology improvements, and user lifecycle development. You will act as the organization's subject matter expert and primary owner for the end-to-end performance and configuration of these critical userjourneys. You will help our OTT channels develop and pursue business opportunities that support revenue growth and churn reduction through internal development, inter-company and 3rd party vendor relationships. This role will be a blend of backend systems, integrations, and frontend UI product ownership where the ability to support internal and external teams will be vital to success. To accomplish all of these things, this person will generate ideas, test their assumptions and productionalize any winning tests that boost STARZ acquisition or decrease churn rates, all while working closely with our Marketing, Design, Insight and Analytics, and Product/Engineering teams to plan out and maximize impact of the projects that we run. The role requires a commitment to action-oriented analysis, the ability to take vague requirements and shape them into a detailed project plan and an attitude that anything is possible. You will have extensive experience with sign up and cancel workflows.
