Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide individual, couple, and family therapy services for clients seeking outpatient care, utilizing evidence-based techniques and personal expertise. \n
- Conduct initial client assessments to evaluate mental health needs and relational dynamics, developing tailored treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals. \n
- Employ systemic interventions grounded in family systems theory to address issues such as communication breakdowns, unresolved conflicts, and family stressors. \n
- Provide crisis intervention and immediate support when necessary, ensuring safety and stability for clients and their families. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential electronic patient records, care plans, and progress notes in compliance with all applicable legal and ethical guidelines. \n
- Educate clients on essential skills for effective communication, conflict resolution, and coping strategies to enhance their overall emotional health and relational wellbeing. \n
- Engage in collaborative treatment with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care. \n
- Stay informed of current research and best practices in marriage and family therapy through continuous professional development, including workshops and seminars. \n
Your practice will encompass a diverse client base that includes couples, families, and individuals, ranging from children to adults. You will address a variety of issues, including but not limited to relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. The role allows you to directly impact the emotional and social wellbeing of families and provide them with the tools necessary to lead meaningful lives.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington. \n
- Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a directly related field. \n
- A minimum of three years of experience in the mental health field, particularly in outpatient therapy settings. \n
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and collaboration with colleagues. \n
- Commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality in therapeutic settings. \n
- Ability to balance independent work with contributions to a team-oriented environment. \n
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate diverse client needs. \n

- Previous experience providing outpatient therapy services is highly desirable. \n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
