3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required. Experience hiring for sales or revenue-generating roles strongly preferred.

About the Role

caa is looking for a sharp, relationship-driven Full-Cycle Recruiter to help build the next generation of talent across our growing company.

This is not a transactional recruiting role. This is a high-trust, high-visibility opportunity to work directly with leadership while helping shape the teams driving caa forward across sales, events, operations, and executive hiring.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer close
• Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and creative outreach
• Partner with leadership and hiring managers on hiring strategy and role development
• Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments
• Create a strong, professional, and thoughtful candidate experience
• Track recruiting metrics and identify ways to improve hiring processes
• Help support onboarding and hiring coordination as needed
• Recruit for sales, operations, and executive-level roles across multiple markets
