About the job Customer Support Coordinator
Position Overview
- Assist clients with organizing travel plans based on their preferences and timelines
- Review and compare available accommodations, transportation options, and destination services using approved booking resources
- Share clear and accurate information to help clients make informed travel decisions
- Respond to client questions and service requests through phone, email, and online communication platforms
- Track itinerary updates and assist with reservation adjustments when needed
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and booking details
- Participate in scheduled training sessions and team collaboration opportunities
- Access to structured onboarding and ongoing learning resources
- Eligibility for supplier incentives and travel-related benefits
- A supportive team environment focused on collaboration and development

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
