Job Summary and Responsibilities We are offering a $15,000 Sign-on Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements. We are offering $10k in relocation to applicants who meet the qualifications. As our Physical Therapist, you will help patients experiencing a wide range of physical challenges—including orthopedic injury, surgery recovery, traumatic brain injury, stroke, or balance conditions—restore their mobility and functional strength so they can regain their independence and achieve optimal health outcomes. Every day you will collaborate with a supportive team of clinical professionals in a busy, fast‑paced environment. You will be expected to perform the majority of treatments yourself, delivering direct, hands‑on care tailored to each patient's unique recovery journey. To be successful in this role, you must thrive in a collaborative, dynamic setting, possess strong clinical adaptability across diverse patient backgrounds, and be eager to actively engage in peer‑to‑peer mentoring and teamwork. Perform initial patient evaluations as well as re‑evaluations to indicate the level of progress Document all treatments and note any status changes Tailor treatments to individual patients as needed Seek new learning opportunities and be a resource when others need to learn from you Job Requirements Required High school diploma or GED Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Internship or rotation in an appropriate clinical setting Licensed by AZ State Board of Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapist American Heart Association Basic Life Support certificate Preferred Master's or Doctorate degree in an appropriate clinical area Two (2) years progressive experience in the clinical area, performing patient clinical care Where You'll Work Dignity Health‑Yavapai Regional Medical Center (DH‑YRMC) now part of CommonSpirit Health, is a dynamic, value‑driven, non‑profit healthcare leader.
