Responsibilities Assist Store Leader with hiring, training, and employment actions (discipline, termination) per company policy. Coordinate day‑to‑day workflow of team members; provide direction. Monitor store performance; identify and facilitate opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency. Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies. Enforce proper use of sales pitches. Maintain proper cash accountabilities at POS registers. Perform other duties as assigned. Plan & organize to drive memberships and customer loyalty. Exercise business acumen to analyze reporting and daily trends for strategic decisions. Inspire others through company values (Smart, Kind & Driven). Execute by communicating standards and monitoring outcomes. Delegate & empower by setting expectations and holding staff accountable. Select and build talent: recruit, hire, develop team for service excellence and growth. Coaching: provide feedback through real‑time coaching, 1‑on‑1s, development plans. Decision making: use data to identify opportunities and make quick informed decisions. Eligibility Requires clean driving record with no major violations in last 3‑5 years and a current, non‑suspended Driver’s License.
