About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Admissions to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key leader on campus, working in close collaboration with the Executive Director of Academic Operations to ensure the institution's mission of being the most student-centric college in the world is fulfilled. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional student service, driving enrollment growth, and maintaining high standards of compliance and quality in the admissions and financial aid processes. The Executive Director will be responsible for leading the admissions and financial aid teams, overseeing the implementation of growth initiatives, and monitoring key performance metrics. They will also be involved in staff training, professional development, and ensuring the effective execution of the New Student Review and New Student Orientation processes. Applicants for the Executive Director of Admissions position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in higher education operations. The role requires a proven track record of leadership and achievement in a higher education setting, particularly in areas such as admissions, student services, or business. The ideal candidate will be adept at working in a matrix structure, collaborating with various stakeholders, and contributing to the long-term planning and institutional effectiveness of the college.
