We're looking for a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients. Whether you're a recent graduate eager to start your career or someone with experience looking to make a difference in a thriving practice, we want you to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients with a warm and professional demeanor.
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
Handle phone calls and patient inquiries with excellent communication skills.
Assist with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
Salary Range part-time $18 - $25 per hour
Hourly Rate: $18-$25 based on experience.
Shift & Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and some Saturdays.
Requirements Eaglesoft
Ideal for new grads or those with experience.
Eaglesoft experience is a plus, but not required.
