Job Summary Team Support Specialists are the primary support providers to our residents, offering emotional support and helping them achieve and maintain their highest level of independence. This is accomplished by supporting their individualized goals through our work team activities, group therapies, and engagement in social activities. Responsibilities Responsibilities include providing emotional support to residents and assisting them in pursuing individualized goals through program activities, group therapies, and social engagement within the therapeutic community framework.
