Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in Michigan
• Previous experience as a school-based Occupational Therapist preferred
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with students, families, and school staff
• Ability to develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
• Commitment to promoting student independence and participation in school activities
• Organizational skills to manage a varied caseload and thorough documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ strengths and areas for growth

• Provide direct and consultative therapy services within the classroom and other school settings
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to facilitate successful outcomes
• Document progress, maintain records, and contribute to IEP meetings and reports
