Maintenance Specialist - HVAC Repair - Pneumatics

Job Title and Location Maintenance Specialist – HVAC Repair – Pneumatics – District-Wide Duties and Responsibilities Repair and maintain all HVAC, steam, and hydronics systems. Troubleshoot equipment failures and respond to service calls. Maintain truck inventory and department tools. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Buildings & Grounds, Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisors, Leads or designee. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, plus at least 2 years’ experience in HVAC or related field or vocational training. Class "D" Minnesota driver’s license. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Working knowledge of computers and software used in the area. Ability to maintain records and prepare reports. Motivated self‑starter, well‑organized and efficient; capable of working with minimal supervision. Reliable attendance; must complete assigned days. Physical capacity to work on site, lift materials, and perform other job duties. Preferred Qualifications Pneumatic background or repair certifications. Universal Refrigerant License, Pipefitter License, Master Gas License, plumbing, electrical, RPZ Backflow Certification, Boilers License, or HVAC A.A.S. degree. Pay Rate $36.70 per hour. Additional stipend of $2.50 or $5.00 available with proper professional maintenance license. Start Date ASAP after closing.
