Recovery Coach & Peer Support Specialist

Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks a Peer Support Specialist to partner with people seeking treatment for their substance use and connect them to our MAT program at the Stout Street Health Center in downtown Denver. The team uses a Harm Reduction approach and works mainly in the clinic with outreach in the community. As a person with lived experience of substance use disorder, you will help clients set realistic goals, advocate for access to services, and collaborate with internal and #J-18808-Ljbffr Affordable Rent
