Good communication skills and client interaction

Analyzing the requirements from the client

Hands-on experience in driving the QA release cycle

End to end defect reporting

Must be involved in different activities of Bug Life Cycle

Hands-on experience in Upgrade testing

Hands-on work experience in preparing Test plans Test Scenarios Test Cases and RTM

Preparing Suggestion Documents to improve the quality of the application

Communication with the Test Lead Test Manager Onsite Team Onsite Client BAs

Conducting Review Meetings within the Team

Well acquainted with the Software Development Life Cycle Testing Life Cycle

Experience on test management tools TFS or Hands on experience with Jenkins Maven AzureDevOps and GitHub Understanding of EndtoEnd Testing Cycles Experience in creating automation testing strategy and automation design document Should have handson experience of designingwriting test automation scripts using DCT Test Automation Center Should have good knowledge of XML and should be able to perform basic operations on XML files Selecting or Identifying AreasTest cases for Automation Designing Implementing Test Automation Strategy Creating Automation Test Plan and getting approvals Choose selenium tools and Configuring Selenium Test Environment Ex Eclipse IDE Java Selenium WebDriver and TestNG etc Involvement in Selenium Environment Setup Automation Framework Design and Implementation Creating Organizing and managing Test Automation Resources Creating Enhancing debugging and Running Test Cases Organizing monitoring defect management process Handling changes and conducting Regression Testing Finding solutions for Object Identification issues and error handling issues
