We are also a publicly traded company on the NYSE with the ticker symbol KNF and part of the S&P MidCap 400 index.Job SummaryDuties and Responsibilities:Perform daily inspections of equipmentPerform site inspections to ensure safetyPerform maintenance on equipment as neededMonitor productionComplete required reportsCommunicate effectively to co-workers, management, suppliers and others you come in contact withManual labor including shoveling excess material away from plantPerform other duties as assignedDrug free work environment requiring pre-employment and random drug testingMinimum Qualifications• Proven work history, preferably in the construction industry.• Preferred equipment operator experience.• Must have mechanical experience preferably around asphalt plants and/or rock crushers and heavy equipment.• Must be able to meet company attendance policy.• Willing to work varied and extended hours.• Working in extreme weather conditions should be expected.To be considered for this position, candidates must complete and submit an employment application.
