Sign-On Payment : based on the time it takes you to complete the company-sponsored required FINRA licenses and registrations and enter PEP. Base Salary : annual salary for eligible financial professionals, empowering you to establish your career in wealth management. Commissions and Bonus : in addition to an annual salary, financial professionals are eligible to earn commissions and bonus.
