Role Description This full-time, on-site Licensed Real Estate Agent role is based in Proctorsville, VT. The agent will represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, including conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing processes. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, maintaining ongoing client communication, managing listings, hosting open houses, and staying current on local market trends and property inventory. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, accurately handling real property documentation, and collaborating with colleagues and local industry partners to support successful transactions. The agent will be expected to uphold all legal and ethical standards while promoting TPW Real Estate’s brand and values in the community. Qualifications Active Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Real Estate principles and practices. Demonstrated Sales experience with a focus on relationship-building and achieving measurable results. Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate clearly, respond promptly, and manage client expectations. Understanding of Real Property concepts, contracts, and transaction processes, with attention to detail and accuracy. Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to present information clearly to diverse clients and stakeholders. Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple listings and clients simultaneously. Comfort with basic technology tools (email, CRM systems, listing platforms, and digital document management). Ability to work on-site in Proctorsville, VT, including local travel for showings, open houses, and client meetings. Prior experience in residential or vacation real estate in Vermont or similar markets is beneficial.
